Each meeting night, our boys and leaders gather under the roof of The Journey Church — and we're deeply grateful for the welcome they extend to our troop.
Where we meet
Troop TN-5667 meets at The Journey Church on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM during the school year. The church provides classroom and fellowship space for our patrols to gather, work on skills, and worship together before heading home.
The building is at 1240 Leeville Pike in Lebanon, with easy parking and a clear drop-off area. New families — check our FAQ for first-visit details, or start the join process.
Meeting host vs. charter organization
The Journey Church is our meeting host — the church that provides the space we use each week. Our charter organization — the church under whose ministry and spiritual covering the troop operates — is Hickory Grove Presbyterian Church (PCA). Two different congregations, both essential to the troop.
A partnership we're grateful for
Hosting a Trail Life troop is no small thing. It means opening the building most evenings of the year, sharing utilities and space, and trusting a group of families to be good stewards of the facilities. The Journey Church has been generous on all fronts — and the troop simply couldn't do what it does each week without that partnership.
Our leaders and boys are committed to honoring that trust: leaving the spaces we use cleaner than we found them, being good neighbors to the staff and other ministries that share the building, and never taking the hospitality for granted.
